- Grid voltage measured at 250 to 258V AC, above the Powerwall's rated maximum (around 253V) but below the Gateway's islanding trip point
- The battery sits at full charge pulling nothing while the house runs on grid, or exports instead of charging
- Tesla logs show an over-voltage alert not surfaced in the app
- Recovers on its own once line voltage drops or after an off-grid test
