Symptoms

Reassembled with a replacement control/communication board, the unit does not recognise its own serial number, displays 'communication error', and shows Deye's native SunSync menu instead of the branded display
The new board is a newer hardware revision (added DIP switch, mega fuse on the positive DC terminal, 2020 date code against 2019)
