Inverter shows F16 or F24 ground fault

Symptoms
- The inverter logs F16 GFCI_Failure, F24 DC_Insulation_Fault, F8 GFDI_Relay_Failure or, on the 2020 12K, F23 Tz_GFCI_OC_Fault, often after rain or when a portable generator is connected
- F26 can accompany a grounded PV wire
- On one new install the error first appeared with the first rain after installation, came back every morning as the array started producing and cleared each night with no production (the original post was deleted, so the exact code is not on record)
