Symptoms

With an EG4 wall-mount battery's BMS set to the Sol-Ark protocol and CAN enabled, one owner's inverter 'went bonkers' and another's 15K locked itself in battery mode and could not get back on the grid, with EG4 support on the phone during the setup
Both owners run the batteries in open loop instead and say EG4 insists closed loop works while Sol-Ark refuses to permit it
