Symptoms

A 12K sold as able to never export exports whenever the AC-coupled inverter on the generator side is on, even with the battery well below full
At the 95% SOC Smart Load OFF point nothing shuts down
After Sol-Ark support pushed a firmware update the owner caught the unit re-enabling 'AC Coupled on Gen Side' and restarting the AC-coupled inverter after he had turned the option off
