Symptoms
- After a utility meter swap or an unexplained power loss, the system freezes with solar going to the grid but the Powerwalls locked at whatever charge they had
- The local interface reads 'Site shutdown circuit triggered. All Powerwalls and Powerwall+ solar inverters are disabled'
- Normal resets, switch flipping, and app troubleshooting do nothing
