Symptoms
- Newer SolarEdge systems using S440 optimizers throw insulation-resistance ('iso') faults, or the inverter suddenly reports zero optimizers communicating ('0 OPs OK') across every string even though it keeps producing power at a normal level and standby voltage reads roughly double the expected per-string value
- The responsible optimizer shows no visual damage, and meggering it measures failed insulation resistance well under the safety threshold, especially after rain
