Panel-level optimizers underproduce while inverter status stays green

reported more than once

Applies to: all

Symptoms

The inverter/system status LED shows green and nothing looks wrong, but the monitoring portal shows some panels producing far less than others in identical sun (in one case as little as half), or a specific optimizer is already known-failed and awaiting replacement. Rule out shading first: a dip on a few panels that arrives at the same time of day and repeats identically across several sunny days in the monitoring layout's playback is shade moving across the array, not a hardware fault (folded here from SolarEdge's two shading-identification videos, cited in spine/solaredge_transcripts.py)
