Inverter shuts down on optimizer connector overtemperature

Symptoms
- A connector on the back of a module or on the optimizer's short leads runs hot
- On an S-series optimizer with Sense Connect the installer is alerted at commissioning, or later the affected inverter shuts itself down on a connector over-temperature
- Left undetected on other optimizers the connection can progress to arcing and fire on the roof
