Symptoms
- Production halts or behaves oddly with no error the owner can make sense of: a spike to a normal reading followed by a crash to zero about 45 minutes later on a clear day, repeating on a later date
- A complete stop followed by a resume at roughly 20% of expected output after an optimizer rediscovery, with a closed 'Inverter not producing energy - low voltage' alert in the log
- SetApp showing 'Device stuck on processing'
- An unusual LED combination (all three lights solid, or solid red with flashing green) producing power for only seconds at a time
- Output dropping to zero mid-day on an otherwise only-partly-cloudy day
- Or a tripped breaker leaving abnormal DC voltage readings and most optimizers on both strings offline
