Inverter shows 3x6B or 3x6E with nothing connected

Symptoms
- A 3x6E meter communication error on an inverter with no meter installed, or a 3x6B battery communication error on an inverter with no battery installed
- On a StorEdge inverter with a newly installed LG Chem battery the display shows the battery communications error and the Battery Info screen stays blank (no serial number, model, size or firmware)
