Symptoms
- During multi-unit commissioning the Follower Powerwall 3 is missing from the devices list after a scan, or the devices page shows a red exclamation mark against it instead of a green checkmark
- A Follower left idle after its enable switch was turned on has gone to sleep (logo blinks for ten minutes then goes dark)
