Powerwall 2 stored unpowered reads zero volts

Symptoms
- A new-in-box Powerwall 2 that sat on a bench unpowered for over five years measures no voltage at the internal DC harness and essentially 0 V across each of its two 24 V modules when opened
- Salvaged Powerwall modules at 0 V, charged externally with the Tesla BMS board removed, briefly reach a volt or two per cell, run hot and uneven cell to cell, then collapse back to near 0 V within minutes to hours of the charger being removed
