Symptoms
- One or more solar strings intermittently read 0V for an entire day at a time, logging MCI error alerts, while the installer and Tesla insist the system looks normal from their side
- On the same site, the inverter's own WiFi (Neurio/TEDAPI monitoring) separately drops within 24 to 48 hours of any restart
