Symptoms
- Two months after a Powerwall install the owner gets a large power bill although the battery should have covered the home
- The Tesla app and the installer portal (Powerhub) show little or no grid import while the retailer's own real-time monitoring shows steady draw
- With the main switch feeding the Gateway opened, one large load (an air conditioner in both cases) drops out at once instead of staying up on the battery
- The same load also stays dead in an outage
