Symptoms
- PWRfleet or the inverter device page shows a PV Link in PVRSS Lockout, State Code 7310, instead of making power
- The state arrived with PV Link firmware 13700, which counts the SnapRS devices on each substring every morning
- After old SnapRS units are replaced the PV Link can still show a PVRSS mismatch, with more SnapRS detected than the installed count in its settings (nine detected, six installed in one installer's case)
- The lockout cannot be cleared from the inverter screen alone
