Inverter Internet LED not blue, Beacon missing

Symptoms

The Internet LED on the front of the inverter is not blue
The REbus Beacon may be missing from the device list altogether
PWRfleet and the PWRview app stop receiving the system
RJ45 link lights may flash even though there is no internet connection
