Morning black start shuts down again under cloud

Symptoms
- After the battery is drained to nothing overnight during an outage, the next morning's black start brings the solar up and every home load comes back on at the same moment
- Under cloud or early light the loads take everything the battery and solar can supply, the battery never climbs to a usable state of charge, and the system shuts down again, in the installer's words 'even permanently shut down in the morning'
- FranklinWH describes the same event as a 'failed black start' and says the app then asks the owner to power off some loads before the next attempt
