Symptoms
- While off-grid, EV charging plus several subsequent cloudy days drain the battery reserve past the black-start threshold
- The app shows a fault (in one case 'system power off due to battery depletion') and the system will not restart even after repeated attempts and, in one case, phone support walking the owner through the documented black-start procedure
- The paired Enphase IQ8 microinverters in one case could not start either, since they need a live AC signal from the battery first
