- The portal logs Rapid Shutdown under Events even with the shutdown switch in the off position
- Operation mode shows Manual Override outside the wait for permission to operate
- The Installer App reports 'MID relay stuck closed or open' during commissioning
- Relays will not close with the switch in the operating position
