IQ Gateway all four LEDs stuck red

Symptoms
- All four Gateway LEDs solid or stuck flashing red ('red dots of death'), sometimes recovering for minutes after a power cycle before reverting
- Local web UI unreachable or 504-timing-out
- App shows no data and, in some reports, all connected battery modules go 'Battery Not Reporting' after the swap
- Power cycling, factory resets and DNS/DHCP troubleshooting fail to bring the unit back
