- A new PowerPro battery will not power on despite reading roughly 52V at its terminals
- A brand-new 12000XP arrives with an internal wire hanging loose and unterminated
- And a FlexBOSS21's optional external LCD screen kit ships without the double-sided Velcro other installers received, so the screen is later found hanging by its ribbon cable after the sealant on its small plastic tabs lets go, and the kit's two different harness connectors come with no instruction sheet saying which goes where (folded in from the videos on 2026-09-11)
