Battery reports falsely as discharging above 328A

Symptoms
- When charge current into a large LL cluster exceeds about 328A, the cluster's 16-bit signed charge-amps Modbus register rolls over to a negative number, making a connected Schneider Insight Facility device falsely report the bank as discharging instead of charging
- The BMS can also get 'stuck' reporting a high discharge even after amps drop back below the overflow threshold
