Lights flicker or GFCI breakers trip on inverter power

Symptoms
- LED bulbs flicker constantly whenever an 18kPV runs from battery or solar but not from grid, suspected to start with firmware 1E1E
- A separate 18kPV/6000XP owner sees flicker and UPS triggering in off-grid/self-consumption mode whenever large loads like HVAC start, worse than when Off-Grid Mode is disabled (which then hurts solar/battery/grid prioritization)
- Running a panel from an 18kPV with no batteries installed yet (a bench power supply standing in) trips every combo GFCI/AFCI breaker within 3-5 minutes on a self-test failure code, alongside an occasional VBUS over-range error, while the same breakers never trip from grid power
- Small electric heater blankets fed from a 12000XP either flash and shut off immediately or refuse to turn on at all, though they work fine on grid power, and after a firmware update can warm up before faulting a few minutes later
- And running off-grid on batteries, a GFI outlet covering internet equipment and a washer/dryer trips every time a 3-ton HVAC condenser turns on
