GridBOSS shows offline, W030 CAN Loss error

Symptoms
- A GridBOSS always shows offline in the EG4 app though it answers local setting changes and reports fine locally
- The GridBOSS view is missing battery data compared to the FlexBOSS view, and self-consumption mode will not engage
- The GridBOSS monitoring page does not show inverter/battery/PV info as illustrated in its own manual even though the FlexBOSS page displays correctly
- A persistent 'W030: Grid Boss CAN Loss' error follows a warranty-replaced FlexBOSS reinstalled 270 feet away over buried cable
- The GridBOSS's own ESS disconnect switch does nothing
- And Smart Ports show no clear on/off status with no parallel option visible in the web portal while the mobile app persistently shows the GridBOSS offline
