GridBOSS trips relays or cycles power on grid transitions

Symptoms
- A GridBOSS/FlexBOSS system does not back up when the grid goes down and closes its generator-start circuit every time the main breaker opens
- And in the unresolved cases the GridBOSS randomly trips its grid and AC-couple smart-port relays, cycles power when switching back to grid, or loses power for several seconds with a High Bus Bar fault when its Hybrid breaker is switched off
