After firmware FAAB-2122, ethernet dongles stop reaching their fixed IP, left with only the second of four LEDs lit
A 12000XP dongle shows only a single flashing WiFi light after a network interruption, generates no setup hotspot, and will not reconnect despite repeated reboots and reseating
The app's TCP dongle-connect search spins endlessly without finding the home network and the dongle's physical reset button has no effect
A second dongle on a new system gets stuck showing 'Lost' status despite repeated resets and reconnection attempts
And an owner locked out of a botched commissioning attempt cannot bring a $40k FlexBOSS21 system online for weeks
