Chargeverter ring terminals don't fit 3/8 in studs

Symptoms
- The ring terminals crimped on the Chargeverter's DC output leads are smaller than 3/8 in (about 5/16 in) and will not go over common 3/8 in bus-bar studs
- A home-made 120 V input cord gives no charging at all
- A Chargeverter Plus plugged into a household outlet trips the 15 A breaker
- The DC quick connectors on the Chargeverter, unlike the Degson connectors on the WallMount, can be mated backwards
