- Fresh 12000XP install with AC connected, PV on, dongle set up, load breaker on and the EPS switch on, but the backup loads panel reads dead while 242 V at 60 Hz is confirmed upstream
- Owners call in saying the inverter is not powering their loads while the breakers show green
