Symptoms
- A six-month-old 6000XP on a humid coastal island repeatedly shuts down, mostly before sunrise, showing Warning 25 (battery high voltage) even though both wall-mount batteries measure well under 55V, restarting on its own after roughly an hour to 90 minutes
- The fault worsens over weeks into a PV string reading near 0V, then the cooling fans stopping, a burning-electronics smell, and a visible flash near the fans on the next reset
