12000XP PV input stuck near 120V every morning

Symptoms
- Every morning after dawn one PV input reads around 120V instead of the expected roughly 220-360V and pulls very low wattage, requiring the PV disconnect to be opened and reclosed to reset it
- An EG4 12kPV and 6500EX installed with the same PV wiring at the same site never showed this problem
